At first I was skeptical. Could these local Hairy Crabs be better than the traditional ones from Shanghai? But they are AMAZING!! The crabs are bursting with the delicious crab roe and the meat is sweet and super fresh. Maybe they didn’t have to travel long to get to our plates? Maybe it’s because the water they grew in was controlled and clean? Whatever the reason, I’m thrilled. Can’t wait to go for another round!
