I ordered again as part of mother’s day menu – couldn’t resist. This time I used a Peruvian Ceviche recipe – using Hamachi probably gives a richer flavour but it turned out really well as it is soooo fresh. yumm.

An absolutely great product from Source Natural again. We had it sashimi and cooked and both were just phenomenal. Its hard to want to order Hamachi in restaurants when you can get this quality for this price.
