Steam Mud Crab with Chinese Wine Recipe
- 2 Mud Crabs
- 2 shallots
- 4 pieces of Ginger
- 2 tbsp of Chinese Shaoxing Wine
- Place the ginger and shallots on the plate.
- Wash the crab, separate the crab cover from the crab body, and place it on the plate with the ginger and shallots.
- In each piece of crab cover and crab body, add 2 teaspoons of Chinese Wine to each. (If you like a strong wine taste, you can increase the amount of Wine)
