Steam Mud Crab with Chinese Wine Recipe


  • 2 Mud Crabs
  • 2 shallots
  • 4 pieces of Ginger
  • 2 tbsp of Chinese Shaoxing Wine


  1. Place the ginger and shallots on the plate.
  2. Wash the crab, separate the crab cover from the crab body, and place it on the plate with the ginger and shallots.
