South Australia Lobster ~ a rich source of copper and selenium and also contains zinc, phosphorus, vitamin B12, magnesium, vitamin E and a small amount of omega-3 fatty acids. Lobster does contain cholesterol. However, recent studies have suggested that the cholesterol content in foods does not necessarily increase harmful cholesterol in the body that caused by the saturated fat intake. Lobster is not a significant source of saturated fat.

The lobsters taste so good that we don’t have to add much seasoning. We just stir fry then with salted butter and garlic. Definitely gonna reorder!!!!!!

What a fresh taste of lobster!!!! We felt we were next to the sea just grill or bake it and some clarified butter, what a treat!!!!! When you have a fresh item like this, it is criminal to add anything on top of it!!!!
