Fresh food deserves to be cooked in dignity. I had some of this lovely fish tonight cooked lightly in the sous vide way using just a little bit of dill. Seasoned with a good salt and pepper – I had it with a glass of Pinot Gris and some boiled potatoes – super !!!!!!!!!!
We have no idea what fresh salmon taste like until we have tried some from “so natural” –
