  • 2 Mud Crabs
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 capsules of Mushroom
  • 1 Lotus Leaf
  • 4 capsules of dry scallops(soaked silk)
  • 1 green onion


  1. Wash the Mud Crab and remove the internal organs.
  2. Wash the white rice, add water, mushrooms, dried scallops, ginger and soy sauce, mix well, and cook in an oven at 100 ° C for 30 minutes.
