Mud Crab Steam Rice with Lotus Leaf Recipe
- 2 Mud Crabs
- 2 cups white rice
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 4 capsules of Mushroom
- 1 Lotus Leaf
- 4 capsules of dry scallops(soaked silk)
- 1 green onion
- Wash the Mud Crab and remove the internal organs.
- Wash the white rice, add water, mushrooms, dried scallops, ginger and soy sauce, mix well, and cook in an oven at 100 ° C for 30 minutes.
- Place the lotus leaf into the bamboo steamer, fill it with steamed rice, place the Mud Crab on top and then steam in a steam oven at 100 °C for 15 minutes, then take it out and serve it with the chopped green onion.
